The shippment for any order (New Zealand) over $199 is FREE!

• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused and in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging and resalable condition.
• Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
• We don’t do refunds or exchanges on sale items.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 14 days of our receiving the returned order.
• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
• landacosmetics.co.nz will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
